Thirty years of iron casting in Vidin

LIT-15 continues the production started by LIT Ltd — a company registered in 1993 that began manufacturing in 1994. The business has been family-owned since it was founded.

01About

Continuity, not a standing start

Production began in 1994 in a small foundry workshop — hand moulding, metal melted in a cupola furnace, castings for water supply and sewerage networks.

Following reconstruction in 2000, a foundry plant was built in the West Industrial Zone of Vidin, with foundry, machine and cleaning shops, an administrative building and warehouses. Production has developed on that same site ever since — an automatic moulding line, automated sand preparation and induction melting.

The most recent major investment was made in 2022. That is also the shortest description of the company today: a working foundry that has been invested in consistently for three decades.
