Iron castings

We produce castings in all types of grey and ductile iron, to the customer's design documentation.

Materials

The two materials we work in. The specific grade is agreed against the drawing for the part.

Grey iron

Сив чугун

Good machinability, dimensional stability and vibration damping. Used for housings, pump bodies and general engineering castings.

Ductile iron

Сферографитен чугун

Higher strength and elongation than grey iron from the same moulding process. Used for loaded parts — hubs and components for lifting and agricultural equipment.

How an order is placed

  1. 01

    Enquiry with documentation

You send a drawing or 3D model, the material and the quantity.

  2. 02

    Process assessment

We work out the casting method and settle the pattern equipment.

  3. 03

    Tooling and samples

Pattern and core equipment is made, followed by sample castings.

  4. 04

    Series production

Production to an agreed schedule, with each batch inspected.

Send a drawing and you will get a straight answer

Tell us the part, the material and the quantity. If you have design documentation, attach it — the answer will be that much more specific.
